Storage Yard Hours
Offload and reload services are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Storage Rates
Storage Rates
- Outside Storage: $1.25 per sq. ft. per month
- Inside Storage: $1.50 per sq. ft. per month
NOTE; For storage calculations, an additional one-foot perimeter will be added around each unit.

Offload Services
- Loads exceeding 35,000 lbs. will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
- Units requiring skidding or specialized handling inside the warehouse will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.

Storage Rates
Required Bill of Lading (BOL) Information
- The following information must be provided to ensure proper processing and billing:
- Purchase Order (PO) number, if required for invoice payment
- Correct company name for storage invoicing
- Project name and job number, if required for invoice payment
- Contact name and phone number for the party responsible for storage charges
- Failure to provide complete and accurate information may result in delays or refusal of offload services.

- Certificates of Insurance will be provided upon request.

Offload Procedure
- Offloading begins at 8:00 AM, with trucks serviced in the order they arrive.
- The Bill of Lading is reviewed to verify all required information.
- Each unit is assigned a barcode, documented in our inventory tracking system, photographed, and then offloaded into storage.

Reload Procedure
- The unit barcode is scanned and verified in our inventory tracking system.
- A current photo of the unit is taken.
- The unit is loaded onto the truck and documented accordingly.
- All storage and handling activities are recorded in our billing system for invoicing at the beginning of each month.
